First you spray the pan with the butter flavored pam, then you butter one slice of bread adding the garlic, italian blend, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese and set it into the pan.
While that slice of bread is browning top it with the cheese of your choice, butter the other slice of bread and add it on top. Sprinkle with garlic, Italian blend, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese as well.
Flip the sandwich over onto the other side to let that slice of bread brown and to let the cheese melt inside.
Once the cheese is melted take it out of the pan and let sit for a minute to firm the cheese just a little bit. Slice the sandwich into 1 1/2 to 2 inch strips and serve with warm marinara sauce. Enjoy!
