Boil potatoes (with jackets). (make sure to fill pan up so water is mostly over potatoes while boiling). May take about an hour - when done, fork will go in potatoes easily.
When potatoes are done, pour cold water over potatoes & let sit in water till slightly cooled.
Cut up potatoes, eggs, pickles, & onion put in bowl.
Add salt, pepper, mustard, & mayonnaise.
Add more or less mayonnaise to taste. (Stir Well)
