Quick layered enchiladas
Brown beef, add 3/4 can of sauce to meat. Cook until warm. Put 2 tortillas in bottom of casserole dish, cut one in half and put in middle of two to close gap. Spread large spoon full of meat mix on tortillas and spread then sprinkle with cheese. Add another layer of tortillas and repeat until there are 3 layers of tortillas meat and cheese. Top with layer of tortillas, pour remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
