Excellent following a wonderful Italian meal
1. Preheat oven to 350?. Place a pan of water on the bottom of the oven.
2. Crush ladyfingers to fine crumbw. Mix the butter int the crumbw. Moisten w/2 T. of coffee liqueur. Press in to 9 in springform pan.
3. In large bowl, mix cream chees, mascarpone, and sugar until very smooth. Add 2 T. coffee liqueur. and mix. Add eggs and flour; mix SLOWLY until just smooth. The consistency of the mascarpone can vary. If the batter is too thick, add a little cream. Do not overmix at this point. Pour batter into crust.
4. Place pan on middle rack of oven. Bake for 40-45 min or until just set. OPen oven doror, and turn off the heat. Lave cake to cool in oven for 20 min. Remove from oven, and let finish cooling. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight. Right before serving, grate the chocolate over the cake.
