Pre prep Fried onion and lardons - prepare separate onion if making vegetarian servings - Hot pan with oil, for 10 minutes.
Prepare chopped parsley
For service...add all prepared contents to a hot pan, there should be enough oil in the lardons already to it so don't over oil the pan.
Add the paprika and caraway, and heat until piping hot.
While doing this fry an egg in a pan of hot oil, leave the yolk nice and runny.
Put the contents into a nice plate, top with the fried egg and parsley.
