Suggest a better description1. Put garlic and ginger in TM bowl and chop - 5 sec - Speed 7.
2. Add butter, oil and cook for 3 minutes - 100 degrees - Speed 1.
3. Add tomatoes, cashews into TM bowl and puree for 1 minute - Speed 8.
4. Add all remaining ingredients into TM bowl (mix with wooden spoon).
5. Cook for 25 minutes - 100 degrees - Reverse & Soft speed.
* Note the Cumin & Fennel seeds have already been cooked and crushed.
