1. Place all vegetables into TM bowl and chop - 10 seconds - Speed 6
2. Add salt and oil and cook - 20 minutes at Varoma - Speed 1
3. Allow to cool for 5 minutes
4. Mix by slowly turning the speed dial to Speed 6 then pulverising 1 minute - Speed 9
5. Store in jar in fridge
1 tablespoon concentrate = 1 stock cube
Any vegetables you have on hand can be substituted for the above.
