A quick and easy dinner.
Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celcius.
Grease oven dish, place sausages in oven and bake for 10 minutes or until brown.
Mix flour, eggs, oil and salt and pepper together. Add milk slowly, mixing well so no lumps form.
Turn sausages over, pour batter over sausages and cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with your choice of vegetables.
