Suggest a better descriptionIn a small, heavy saucepan, combine evaporated milk and sugar. Over medium heat, bring mixture to a full rolling boil; boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate morsels and almond extract until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Cover mixture and refrigerate 45 minutes. With hands, shape mixture into 1-inch balls; roll in almonds. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until ready to serve. Makes about 30 truffles.
