Suggest a better descriptionClean pumpkin seens and dry on a paper towel. If desired, the seeds may be soaked in salted water overnight (1 1/2 tsp. salt per 2/3 cup water). Place dry seeds in shallow baking pan. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with salt of seeds were not soaked overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Stir occasionally. VARIATION: Combine 1 1/2 T. melted margarine with 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over 2 cups of seeds. Mix well and bake in a shallow pan at 250 degrees for one hour.
