Made these for Christmas twice, everyone loves them. Need to figure out a way to keep them warm without turning soggy.
Whisk milk and eggs in a bowl
Put the bread crumbs in a second bowl, season with salt and pepper
Heat a large skillet with vegetable oil
Dip thawed ravioli into the egg mixture, then into the bread crumbs
Fry ravioli, a few at a time, about a minute per side
Place on pan with wax paper, sprinkle with cheese and parsley
Keep warm in a crockpot
Heat up marinara for dipping
