Suggest a better description1) Gently Press tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture; cut into 3/4 inch cubes
2) Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes. Cook 8 minutes until browned on all sides, turning carefully with a spatula to keep cubes intact.
3) While tofu cook place long beans in steamer. Cook 10 minutes.
4) Combine soy sauce and next 4 ingredients. Stir with a whisk. Add the steamed beans and sauce to the tofu; stir-fry 1 minute. Serve over rice.
