Preparation
Cut tofu into about 1/4-inch cubes and press to reduce moisture/
Heat a non-stick frying pan. Add tofu, vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar to pan; stir over medium-high heat until tofu is hot and liquid is absorbed, 2 to 3 minutes. Add parsley and oil; stir until parsley wilts, about 30 seconds. Add salt to taste.
Stir in the almonds. Serve in lettuce cups with hosin sauce.
