Easy quick, Caesar wraps replacing chicken with tofu. Great for a summer evening
1) Drain and press Tofu. Cut into about 1/4 inch squares.
2) Preheat Pan on stove. Pour in oil.
3) Saute tofu in oil till brown. I find you can't get all the sides to brown, but 3 out 6 is not bad.
4) While tofu is browning make Caesar Salad Mix.
5) After tofu is browned add pinch of salt.
6) Make wraps with crispy tofu and Salad mix. Serve while tofu is still warm
It goes better with an open ended wrap. When Making the burrito wrap heavily load the wrap at 3 O'clock. Fold the 9 O'clock side of the wrap in. Roll up tightly.
