Smooth rice balls, crunchy veg & tangy sweet sauce.
Crush the garlic, grate the courgette and mash the tofu.
Lightly drizzle olive oil in a pan wait till hot then gently fry the garlic, courgette, thyme leafs till soft, no colour.
Add salt, pepper and tofu to the pan, mash all together, if to damp stir till combined.
Now add the cooked rice and mix well. sift in a tea spoon full of corn flour until the texture is compatible to form balls.
Spread some more flour and paprika on a tray and once you form your ball roll them in this then set aside in the fridge.
Heat some clean sun flour oil to a med heat the fry the ball till golden brown.
After place them on a paper towel to remove any extra oil the serve ASAP.
