Suggest a better descriptionPuree in a food processor until smooth. You can use vanilla extract instead of orange liquor or alomond extract, it is really up to you. Also to color it some time I use 1/4 cup of boiled beet and puree it with the tofu, it gives the frosting a nice color. Some time for lite texture I fold this cream into fat free Cool Whip.
