Lasanga without the noodles
Drain and slice tofu into 9 equal slices. Place on a baking sheet and spray both sides with spray butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes until lightly browned. In an 8x8 casserole dish, layer marinara sauce, tofu slices, and mozerella cheese slices. Top with marinara and a few cheese pieces. Bake for about 35-40 minutes until heated through and cheese on top is lightly browned on the edges.
