Suggest a better descriptionPREHEAT the oven to 425 F. SPRAY pie pan with no-stick butter flavored spray. POUR graham cracker crumbs into bottom of pie pan and spread evenly. RE-SPRAY crumbs lightly with no-stick spray again. CREAM together the pumpkin and sugar. ADD the salt, spices and tofu, mixing until thoroughly blended together. POUR into prepared pie pan. BAKE at 425 F for 15 minutes. LOWER the heat to 350 F and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
