Suggest a better descriptionPlet de stengels citroengras en snijd ze doormidden. Neem een ruime soeppan en breng de bouillon, laos, citroengras, knoflook, rode peper en suiker zachtjes aan de kook met de ontvelde kippenbouten. Zodra het geheel kookt, voeg je de kokosmelk toe.
Haal de kip eruit en pluk hem. Voeg de champignons/geplukte kip toe en breng aan de kook. Voeg dan de de vissaus, het limoensap en de taugé/bosui toe. Laat twee minuutjes pruttelen en schep dan de tom ka kai op. Het citroengras en de laos kan je voor het opdienen uit de soep vissen of aan tafel eruit halen.
