1. Dice the onion and saute it in the olive oil until soft.
2. Slice the banana and add it to the onion. Cook, stirring, until the banana has become broken down and mashes into the onion.
3. Stir in the can of tomatoes and the milk and heat gently.
4. Season to taste with salt and serve with fresh-grated nutmeg.
