2. Slice the courgette and char on both sides and remove from the pan.
3. Add the passata, garlic, chilli and vegetable stock and cook until thickened.
4. Add the prawns and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the cooked linguine, and then top with courgette, sun dried tomatoes and spring onion.
