Suggest a better description1.) Simmer veg and tomato juice with horseradish, sugar, salt and bayleaf for 15 minutes
2.) Bloom gelatin in water and vinegar
3.) Add strained simmering liquid to bloomed gelatin and whisk until dissolved.
4.) Pour into prepared dish or molds, add hearts, and chill for 4 hours.
Sauce:
Mix onion, mayo, lemon and caviar.
Salt to taste.
