Heat olive oil in saucepan. Add onion & saute for 3minutes. Stir in garlic. cook 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce & basil. Bring to boil
Stir in cheese until melted. Place mixture in blender & blend until smooth. Return to pan.
Add in milk, salt & pepper. Cook at medium high for 2 minutes.
Top with chopped onion, (or shredded assagio cheese over garic croutons broiled for 1 minute)
