Transfer to salad spinner, remove extra liquid.
Bring tomatoes back to bowl, add 3 tbsp oil, vinegar and pepper.
Adjust oven 6 inches from broiler, broil bread slice until golden brown (1-2 min per side)
Rub bread woth garlic and oil, salt and pepper.
Process ricotta, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 pepper, in food processor until smooth. Then slowly add 3 tbsp of oil while processing.
Add cheese then tomatoes, sprinkle with basil.
