Slice each breast in half to create 6 chicken pieces. Transfer chicken breast in a bowl, add 1 tbs salt and cover with cool water.
In another bowl, combine eggs with milk and stir in well. Sprinkle chicken breast with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour egg mixture onto the chicken pieces. Coat with breadcrumbs. Into the hot oil add 2 chicken cutlets at a time and fry for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Place all chicken cutlets in the baking pan, spread each cutlet with marinara sauce.
Top with cheese and parsley.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350'F (170'C).
