Combine first six ingredients. Place sheet of pastry on work surface. Roll into a 10 by 12 inch rectabgle. Cut the dough with 2.5 inch round cutter. Repeat for second sheet of dough. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Puncture dough with fork. Top each round with cheese and tomato mix. Bake for 25 min until golden rotating pans once during baking. Sprinkle with salt and top with basil.
