Boil the penne pasta.
Slice cherry tomatoes mix with asparagus, olive oil, rosemary, crushed garlic, salt & pepper.
Roast vegetables 180C for 25 min or until blistering.
Combine pasta, roast vegetables and spinach in pan
Fry the halloumi in separate hot pan.
