Suggest a better descriptionMinced basil fine mix into olive oil( just enough to coat or to taste). Butter bread on outside spread pesto on bread. Then put a layerof thin sliced gouda then salted tomatos and then another layer of cheese. Put in skillet with sauce pan on top. Cook until golden brown then flip, A five golden spoonsin my book.
