Don't remember where I got this but it is delicious with fresh, garden, tomatoes.
Slice tomatoes and arrange in pie crust in layers. Add torn/chopped basil leaves between layers.
Salt and pepper on top.
Mix mayo and cheese. Spread on top of tomato/basil mixture, making a pie.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
Let cool 10 minutes.
