Suggest a better descriptionMelt the margarine in a large saucepan and saute the onion until tender. Add the rice and stir well. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and tomato juice, and bring the mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce the heat and simmer for 25-35 minutes or until the rice is tender. Check on the liquid content towards the end of cooking, and add boiling stock if necessary. Serve hot.
