Melt butter. Add oregano and onions. Cook until soft. Add tomatoes and cook until soft (about 5-10 minutes). Remove and Cool off.
Put cooled mixture into blender until smooth.
Put back in pan on low heat. Add rest of ingredients (except milk). Bring to boil. Now add milk. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve immedately.
