Suggest a better description1. Add all of the chopped vegetables into a pan with the mixed herbs in a shot of oil
2. Fry until onions and peppers are soft, then add the garlic and mix
3. Add the chopped tomatoes & passata then mix until combined with vegetables
4. Add the vegetable stock and squeeze in the tomato paste
5. Mix everything then leave it to simmer for 15-20 minutes
6. Take off the heat, and blend everything until there are no vegetable lumps
7. Season to taste with salt, pepper & paprika
