Cook the meat, then add onions green peppers, clelery, then dump all that stuff into a large pot, then add tomato ingredients.
Try adding a couple dashes of crushed peppers. Also a teaspoon or so of sugar will soften the bite.
Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream
