1. Mix all ingredients; 1/2 can of tomato soup
2. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes
3. Remove and top with remaining can of tomato soup
4. Bake 5 more minutes, let stand for 5 mins.
Serve with mashed potatoes or broccoli.....or both
