Cream shortening and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Pat 2/3 into a 11x15 baking sheet. Melt vanilla and condensed milk in double boiler. Mix well. Spread onto dough. Put remaining dough on top of chocolate mixture in dabs. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Cut when cool.
