Peanut Butter, Honey & Oatmeal
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine moist ingredients and mix well with whisk.
Add dry ingredients and mix until combined thoroughly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Chocolate chips, toffee & caramel can be substituted with up to 2 1/2 cups of Raisins, cranberries etc.
Do not over bake, these are a moist cookie that will firm up a little more once removed from the oven.
