Heat oil in skillet, add and cook hash browns until golden brown. Brown beef in skillet and stir in can of chili no beans. Soften and warm tortillas by heating in pan with a little oil or cooking spray.
Place open tortilla on plate. Top on half of tortilla with hash browns and add taco sauce on top. Fold over tortilla and pour desired amount of beef and chili mixture on top. Top with cubed velveeta, then add any other toppings as desired
