Suggest a better description1. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until thick and bubbly. 2. Add cheeses, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. 3. Add warm tortellini, ham, and peas. Heat on medium temperature until ham and peas are warm throughout. Serve immediately. Note: I just finished typing this to save in my fat notebook that is my own personal cookbook. It is filled with recipes that my family likes. I started the notebook when Rebekah was two years old, and every recipe in it has been made, tested, and family approved.
