The salad is served cold as a side dish and includes cheese tortellini artichokes black olives green olives tomatoes and a red wine dressing
1. Boil cheese tortellini as per instructions on package beginning (usually 5 to 7 minutes for unfrozen)
2. Cut up broccoli and carrots into small bite-size pieces
3. Combine the the remaining ingredients (tomatoes, black olives, Green olives, artichoke hearts, and feta cheese in a bowl.
4. Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Italian seasoning pour over salad mix.
5. Store salad in refrigerator in for 4-6 hours stirring occasionally to allow ingredients to absorb ferment.
6. Served cold
Make sure you do not over cook the tortellini if anything under cooking would be better
