Cook tortellini according to pkg directions
In small bowl, combine mayo, milk, 1/4 cup parmeasan cheese, lemon juice and garlic
Drain tortellini and rinse in cold water
Transfer to a large bowl
Add lettus and remaining parmeasan cheese
Just before serving, drizzle with dressing and toss to coat
Top with croutons and tomatoes if desired
