Yummy mix of stuffed pasta with sour
1 - Boil 2 liters of water in a large pot.
2 - While waiting for water for boil, dice tomatoes and onions.
3 - When water boils, add pasta. Cook for time indicated on the packaging. Test for "al dante" but do not overcook. Drain when done and transfer to a large bowel.
4 - Add the sour cream and Parmesan cheese and black pepper and mix until pasta is fully coated.
5 - Melt butter/margarine in pan on medium-high.
6 - Saute onions until soft.
7 - Add tomatoes and saute until the tomatoes are steaming hot but still firm.
8 - Stir the tomato mix over pasta mix and serve.
Watch the timing, the pasta and vegetables should come together while the pasta and vegetables are still hot.
