Suggest a better descriptionBegin the night before. Microwave the spinach to thaw it out. Combine the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, wine, olive oil, salt, sugar, and spices into your crock pot. Chop the veggies and garlic and place them in the crock pot. Add the turkey sausage. Rinse beans thoroughly and add to crock pot. Add chicken broth and water. Cover crock pot with plastic wrap and leave in fridge overnight. In the morning (10-12 hours before dinner), put ceramic pot in crock pot and turn on low. About 5-10 minutes before serving, add tortellini. Top your bowl with some Parmesan and enjoy.
