Pasta salad or green salad? Have both with this recipe! Tortellini, crisp Romaine, cheese, roasted peppers and pepperoni are lightly dressed in a creamy, roasted garlic dressing. Yum!
1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Rinse under cold water; drain well.
2. In large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, finely shredded Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, red pepper, and dressing; toss gently to coat.
3. Serve over bed of salad greens.
