Cook and stir mushrooms, onion & garlic in 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter in large skillet.
Add all other ingredients, except tortellini, to above and mix well. Cook till it just begins to boil, stirring occasionally.
Add cooked & drained tortellini and heat through.
