1. Brown and salt ground beef, garlic, and onion
2. In pot combine spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, mushrooms, vinegar, and brown sugar. Cook at medium heat. Once begins to simmer, add beef and cook of low.
3. Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add tortillini. Boil 10 minutes.
4. Add tortilini to tomato mixture and cook for at least 5 minutes.
