MIx all Filling ingredients together in large bowl. Can add additional filing ingredients to taste.
Divide the filling and spread evenly over the tortillas. It will make anywhere from 5-9 depending on size of tortillas and thickness of spread.
Roll up tortillas and wrap tightly in plastic wrap, individually.
Place in container and cover with plastic wrap as well.
Refrigerator for several hours, overnight if have time.
Unwrap and slice into 1/2 - 3/4 inch pieces.
