Saute Onion in pan
Pour in mushroom soup and warm
in casserole dish big enough for the tortillas being used lay in layer of mixture. Place tortilla on top and add another layer of mixture on top of the tortilla.
Add a thick layer of cheese. Place another shell on top and repeat the process.
once the dish is full and with one tortilla on the top, cover the dish and place in oven.
Cook for 45 min at 350 degrees F.
remove the cover, add a thick layer of cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
Serve with salsa and Sour cream.
Use many thin layers of mixture, cheese and tortillas. Fewer layers makes it a soup.
