A nice lunch option
Source: Relief Society Activity in North Ogden
Mix the cream cheese and salsa and spread on a flour tortilla.
Roll up and wrap in saran wrap. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
When ready to serve, slice in 1-inch circles. One tortilla equals about 8-10 slices.
You may use different flavored tortillas: spinach, tomato etc.
Variation: add 1 small can olives in place of the salsa or with the salsa.
