Soften cream cheese by heating in microwave. In large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese & sour cream. Add ham, olives and chiles. Mix well & add any desired seasonings. Slightly heat tortillas, let cool, then spread mixture around tortilla. Roll tightly. Chill at least 1/2 hour. Slice in 3/4" sections (remove ends) and serve. Feeds many!
