Mix all ingredients except salsa. Spread evenly on tortillas. Roll up and individually wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for a couple of hours (not overnight, they will get soggy). Before serving, slice into 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces. Serve with salsa for dipping.
